Cookie policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Here we explain which cookies this site uses, what they are for and how to change your choice at any time.
What is a cookie?
It is a small file a website stores in your browser when you visit. It keeps the site working (for example, keeping you signed in) and, if you allow it, measures how the site is used and shows you advertising. In this policy we also call "cookies" to equivalent technologies such as your browser's local storage.
Who uses them
The controller is GLEZRIVER INVERSIONES SLU (Ziegel), tax ID B76305887, registered at C/ Pérez del Toro, 47 Local, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. For any question about this policy you can write to us at hola@ziegel.es.
Which cookies we use
We group them into three categories, the same ones shown in the settings panel. Necessary cookies are always installed because the site cannot work without them; the rest, only if you accept them.

Third-party cookies and international transfers
Analytics and marketing cookies are set by companies outside Ziegel, which process the data under their own policies and may host it outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided by the GDPR. You can read their policies here:
How to accept, reject or change your choice
The first time you visit we ask you. You can accept them all, reject them all except the necessary ones, or choose by category, and none of those options is hidden away.
If you accept, we will not ask again for 12 months. If you reject, we ask again after 6 months in case you have changed your mind — not on every visit. You can change your choice whenever you want from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer or with the button below, and if you withdraw your consent we delete the analytics and marketing cookies already in your browser. We also keep a record of your choice (date, version of this policy, categories accepted and a fingerprint of your IP that cannot identify you), because the law requires us to be able to prove that you consented.
How to manage them from your browser
Besides our panel, you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Bear in mind that if you block the necessary ones, parts of the site may stop working:
What happens if you do not accept them
You can browse, search for properties and use your buyer area as normal. The only difference is that we stop measuring how the site is used and stop personalising advertising, so it takes us longer to spot errors and to show you properties that suit you.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or request portability of your data by writing to hola@ziegel.es. You will find the detail in our privacy policy and you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
If we add or remove cookies we will update this page and, when the change requires it, we will ask for your consent again.
This policy applies to www.ziegel.es and to the subdomains we provide the service from.
