To ensure a good coexistence and proper care of the space, one month’s deposit and an additional €450 guarantee are required.

The property owner will require proof of solvency. The rent amount must not exceed 40% of the tenant’s income. At the time of occupancy, both the deposit and the first month’s rent must be paid. A rent default guarantee may also be requested.
